Gold Elements Explained
Full room Static Uplighting: Uplighting will add elegance and atmosphere to any room, taking your celebration from beautiful to exquisite. Full room static uplighting means that lights will be placed on the ground near the walls, uplighting prominent features throughout the reception space. The color will remain the same throughout the night. You can choose the color or colors the lights will project to match the theme of your wedding. How many lights will we use? We'll use as many lights as it takes to make your venue look amazing.
Ceremony Music, including the use of an additional sound system and mics, if needed: Unless you plan to get married in a church or have live musicians, we recommend allowing Synthesis to provide music for your ceremony. We have cordless mics available for you and your officiant and can trouble-shoot possible problems to help your ceremony be worry free. If you lack a wedding planner, we can also help you coordinate your wedding processional.
*The 'additional hour of time' element will need to be utilized if adding the ceremony will lengthen your event to more than 5 hours.

Personalized Grand Entrance: Grand Entrances (introducing the members of the wedding party into the reception to music and applause) have become standard at modern wedding celebrations. Why not make yours stand out! If you choose this element, Steve will ask for some biographical information from you about each member of the wedding party. Then he'll write short, heartfelt and/or humorous anecdotes, which may include sound clips or special effects, to accompany the introduction of each of your bridesmaids and groomsmen. The Grand Entrance will conclude with a love story written just for the Bride and Groom about how they met and fell in love. It will all be timed to personally requested music selections. Your guests will love getting to know you better, and this makes for a perfect way to transition into the evening festivities.
Dancing Under the Stars: Nothing creates a romantic atmosphere like dancing under a starry sky. With this element we literally paint the ceiling with thousands of slowly moving stars and a subtle, undulating nebula of blue light. Combined with our Platinum Element, Dancing on a Cloud, this creates the perfect magic for any formal dance.
Dancefloor Glow Towers: Glow towers bring a new interactive element to any party. We'll put two glow towers out on the dancefloor and each one features computer controlled color changing lighting. You and your friends can dance right up next to them and experience the energy up close!
Starburst Disco Night Lighting : A tribute to the most famous dancefloor light of them all, the Disco Ball! Our Disco Night lighting creates the classic "mirror" effect over the entire room! And Don't worry, as with all our lighting options, we use it based on what is happening on the dancefloor. Look for this amazing effect during slow dances.
Personalized Dancefloor Monogram Projection: This is a picture made of light that can be projected onto a wall or the dance floor. Generally couples choose to ornament their names and possibly add the date of their wedding. This element requires 30 days notice as it takes time to design and order the personalized monogram from an outside source.
Additional Hour of Contract time: The Silver Package includes up to five hours of time (including the reception, cocktail hour, and ceremony, if you choose that element). If you anticipate your celebration lasting longer than five hours, you'll definately want to consider this element. You can use this element more than once as part of the Gold or Platinum packages (each use counts as one element). Additional time may also be purchased at $250/hr.
