SO WHAT IS UPLIGHTING ANYWAY?

Uplighting has been around longer than you might think. As early as the 1500's, theater's began using candles to shine light "up" onto the stage to highlight scenery and actors/actresses. As you can see, we've come a long way since candles! Today's uplighting is a rapidly advancing technology that provides elegance and sophistication to any venue. In fact, the unique way uplighting changes a space could dramatically reduce the amount you need to spend on your event decor. HOW WILL YOU USE UPLIGHTING TO MAKE MY EVENT SPECTACULAR?

Typically, uplighting is placed around the outside of a room and shines upwards, refracting light off of the walls and ceiling to bring a colorful ambience and atmosphere to the space. One of the best aspects of light design, however, is the freedom to be creative. If your event space has unique architectural aspects or if your event is taking place outside, we will use uplighting to highlight the natural beauty of the venue.

 

WHAT COLORS ARE AVAILABLE?

Virtually any color is available. Our lighting is able to be "mixed" to create practically any color or colors you desire.

 

WHAT IS FULL ROOM DMX CONTROLLED UPLIGHTING?

DMX uplighting is fully controlled by computer software from the DJ booth. While static uplighting will stay the same color all night long, DMX uplighting will change to reflect the different vibes of the evening. We will program the lights to begin in your wedding colors then change as the night progresses and energy levels increase. This will liven up your party and create better pictures and video, while keeping the atmosphere elegant.
