We are an older couple and have been around the block enough to know if a vendor has their act together or not and Steve absolutely is a Pro. He accommodated every request and made sure everyone enjoyed themselves. COVID certainly posed a challenge to logistics but we still managed to use Zoom to virtually conduct multiple planning sessions and Steve was so thorough in capturing every detail.
